Tranquillity

My p & s camera, Nikon Coolpix S1, still takes bloody good pictures. Its only 5.1 mp and is very sharp. Recently I was in Jiuzhaigou, Sichuan, China and I took this p&s with me for snap shots. I took quite a lot of snap shots with this p&s, but I was not that impressed with the look of the pictures on the lcd screen; until I uploaded them all to the computer and only then I realised that the p&s still takes bloody good pictures though.
The following three pictures are the beautiful scenes of Jiuzhaigou, Sichuan, China taken with Nikon Coolpix S1:-

These three pictures were taken in Jiuzhaigou, Sichuan, China. They are all located in the Five-colored Lake (五花海), also called Peacock Lake, is 5 meters deep, with an area of 90,000 square meters and at an elevation of 2,472 meters. Its water at different depths covers a color spectrum from pale blue through aquamarine to emerald green. Geologists attribute the phenomenon to mineral concentration. These three views are just one of the views crowned as a wonder of JiuZhaiGou, China.
